    Please use this section to provide the specified documents that allow us to verify your right to a key fob to the Dorset Square Garden. Your identification documents are temporarily stored in our CRM platform only, to be removed on completion of the processing of your request or automatically 21 days after submission if still not processed. Your key fob undertaking form, which represents a contract with the garden, will be stored in the same system indefinitely. Please ensure each attachment is no larger than 10mb.

    Please use the form below to report an issue to the Garden Committee. For the avoidance of doubt: This service is not reporting criminal activity, if a crime is currently underway though you do not consider it an emergency, please call 101 or report the incident via the Metropolitan Police Website. Always call 999 in an emergency.
